WOD FOR FEBRUARY 22, 2019

THE 2019 OPEN IS HERE!!

For the next 5 weeks there will be no Saturday Olympic lifting class. All Saturdays workouts will be done in a class structure but done in heats if necessary and depending on the amount of people that can fit in each workout.

The schedule for Saturdays (for the next 5 weeks)

9am to 11am (open gym style) definitely get in early enough to heat up before jumping into your heat.

A)

Find a 3RM Front squat

B)

For time:

50 Dead lifts (115/80)

40 Burpees

30 Front squats

20 Front rack in place lunges

10 Thrusters *1 sec pause at the top of each rep

OVERFLOW:

A)

8 Minute AMRAP:

1 Rope climb

3 Burpees

5 OHS (barbell)
